Autumn Floral

Another dress from the recent ModCloth Last Hurrah sale. It has a lovely autumn color, floral pattern, semi-smocked waist, and pockets -- everything that floats my boat. The only thing is that the button on the left pocket fell off yesterday. That's easily fixed, however. I also LOOOOVE these Fluevog oxfords. Don't you like how the green laces match the bits of green on the dress? These shoes are one of my best purchases ever; this particular color went on sale in July, but I got an extra $30 knocked off the price because these were the floor model at the Melrose store and thus have a slight mismatch in color. (My awesome Fluevog specialist a.k.a. "dealer," Shawn, said he would rather see them in a good home than gather dust in the back, hence the generous markdown. Thank you, Shawn!) They are, as per Fluevog quality, super comfy with an edge of funky. (And the color mismatch isn't that noticeable.)

During the quick photo shoot, my son wanted to be in the photos, too.
